Hi guys,
Does anybody know from the top of their head what the significant differences are between Smart Bridge v1 and v2?
I mistakenly bought a v1 and now I am checking what exactly I'm going to miss from v2.
thanks, jimmy

version 2 allows for HomeKit/Siri control where version 1 does not. That is the only difference. If you are an Android user, roll with it. No sense spending more money. If you are an Apple user, I would suggest an Echo Dot to give yourself voice commands.
@SanDiegoRep, thank you for your reply.
Just to clarify, for Echo Dot, it looks like I would need v2, correct?
I believe you will be fine with either version. V2 was for the additional HomeKit enabled chip.
@SanDiegoRep, thank you for your help.
I was more concerned about having my Smart Bridge work with Alexa. Luckily, my Smart Bridge is v2 and things worked very well.
Not 100% but v2 works with Harmony, where I think v1 does not (unless it's a pro model)
