GRAFIK 7000P BMS interface showing Node Offline

Can you please advice us how to solve the issue related to Lutron BMS interface showing Node offline.

Lutron BMS Interface Model : EM-E-BAC-IP-240-CGP2051

This issue started after replacing the GRAFIK 7000P in the field side.After the replacement all other configuration was correct but was showing node offline in the BMS interface.
Is this a problem of auxillary port configuration ? if the problem is related to auxillary port then can you please suggest us how to solve this issue or can you share any manual to solve this issue.

And we also found that RX LED light was blinking but TX LED light was not Blinking.
