Will the New AppleTV replace the Lutron Cas�ta Smart Bridge?

Would buying a new (NOV 2015) AppleTV allow me to control my lights via the Lutron Cas�ta Wireless In-Wall Light Dimmer, using Siri and my iphone, without buying the Lutron Cas�ta Smart Bridge first?

The new Apple TV doesn't have the ability to transmit Lutron's Clear Connect RF. You will still need to use a Caseta Smart Bridge.
