RF Keypad Comm Problem

This project was a Litetouch to Lutron Conversion. Up until a few weeks ago all was well. The client reported that the Keypad blinks whenever he does a button press. Lutron sent me a replacement and it activates and works fine for the first few button presses. Then the Keypad does not send any commands.
New Keypad Old Keypad same problem. The Repeater and 3 other keypads are all well within 30 feet of the device.

Any suggestions appreciated.
