Multi-Room Scenes with SB/SBP

Is it possible to setup multi-room scenes with the SB or SBP?

Just add the dimmers from each room that you want on a specific scene from the app. You can also set unwanted dimmers/switches to 0%. Add as many that are in the house that you want.
