Constant Voltage Load Type in HWQS 10.6

I'm trying to get a Magnitude 24 volt Magnetic Constant Voltage Driver to control some LED tape lights wired to a WPM. If I set the Load Type to Magnetic Low-Voltage or to LED Forward-Phase I can dim down to about 50% before flicker sets in. I noticed a Load Type Setting called LED Constant Voltage but when I try and change to that Load Type I get an error message saying that the control (WPM in this case) can't control that load type. Is there a control, or an interface connected to a control, which allows this type of Load Type?
