Installing the essentials/inclusive software, but it opens as designer.

You will know it opens as designer because the activate or transfer tab are not in the software program.



Solution:

There is a bad license file in the install path for RadioRA 2.

Uninstall the RA2 version you just tried installing. Then:

Windows Vista/7/8/8.1

• Go to C:\ProgramData\Lutron\RadioRA2
  
• Move the files: RA2GenericLicense.xml and RA2License.lic to another location and install the software from the site again.

Windows XP

• Go to C:\Document and Settings\AllUsers\Application Data\Lutron\RadioRA2
  
• Move the files: RA2GenericLicense.xml and RA2License.lic to another location and install the software from the site again.
