Cannot upgrade to 14.4.0 without site visit !!

What idiot made it so that you have to re-initialize the Connect Bridge with a physical button press in order to upgrade to 14.4.0 !!!!!! We make remote VPN updates to QS systems ALL the time -- and we have always kept all our engineer laptops and workstations updated with latest QS -- if we do a remote programing change and we see an upgrade is needed -- we upgrade it over the VPN. NOW - we will have to keep an older 13.3.0 version as WELL so we we can do changes without a site visit.... this is STUPID !! DCG Engineering P.S. some of our sites are 100's of miles away !!

Of course they would do that. That is so stupid. They dont realize thats how professionals connect to and maintain Lutron (and all other custom integrated solutions). Lutron always says they dont support VPN, or really anything shy of being on site and connecting your laptop directly to the processor. Its ridiculous in this day and age that the software is that bad. Ive never had Crestron ask me on the phone "Well did you turn your firewall off??" haha
