I have two customer homes on connect bridge.the one property the app connects with no issue , the second property the app connects very intermittently.same user using one profile to control both homes.any ideas?

Are you connecting remotely or internally? ISPs are very consistent. Most of the time we don't notice because of buffering, etc.
would be remotely using iPhone.i changed the main ip address ,seems too have corrected the problem.
