I have an issue with my in wall dinner not turning my lights completely off (about 5-10%) when I press the off button on the switch or pico.
LEDS are compatible and I tried adjusting the high and low dimming range, nothing works. Only way to completely remove power to the bulb is by pulling the FASS out.
Suggestions?

Hello, I'm from Mexico and I have the same problem. As far as I understand, Caséta dimmers require a minimum load of 25 watts (for LED), however distributor in my country tells me with 1 watt is enough. I found an accessory that is the LUT- MLC that simulates a load (do not know the value), however is only recommend for switchers . My question is ... is it possible to use with Caséta wall dimmers?. I think it should work, because in my case, I tested a couple LED lamps (3 watts each) and other incandescent bulb (trying to increase the load) and I could get shut down the dimmer. What do you think?
