dead switch
Hi guys
Got my first dead Lutron switch ever - no lights nothing. Swapped out with a new one and that works fine. It's a RRD-6CL. Bought it last May (ish) from my distributor (AVAD)
What's the RMA process to send it back? Do I do it directly with Lutron or via distributor?

You should let the distributor handle it. They would be responsible for any refund or exchange.
Standard warranty is one year from date of purchase, unless you are a PSP. Then warranty is extended for a three year period.
