Nest Thermostat Integration With Scene

Is there any way to integrate a Nest Thermostat into a Lutron Scene? I have an Echo and Lutron with the Bridge. I have a scene in Lutron that is integrated into Echo where I can walk into my apartment and say "Alexa, Turn On, I'm Home." Alexa then opens the Shades and Turns on the Lights. I want to add reducing the Nest Thermostat to 72 degrees but there does not seem to be any way to add the Thermostat in Lutron to a scene. I have the Nest Thermostat working independently in Alexa where I can say "Alexa, Set the Thermostat to 74" but I would like to put it all together. Can it be done in the Lutron app or can you combine different independent apps working in Alexa into a single command?
Any thoughts?
