DALI Link too crowded

Hi,
I am in the situation where in a DALI link i have 62 drivers connected but each of these drivers can handle 4 addresses, but via DIP switches they can be set to work in 1 address mode only.
The electrician was instructed to set them in this way, but i have 1 light left which i can't address, i suspect because of too many addresses on the link.
Before having to dismount panels to check the dip switches was set correctly, is there a way in the software during the addressing procedure to have it find all the addresses, even if more than 64, and address only the one i need?
