Flashing lights?

Hello,

This is my first post as well as my first attempt programing at an actual client so please bear with me.

I finally seem to have everything working the way I needed it to and after about an hour the lights start to go off and then on again in sequence.

Is there something I am doing wrong? Looking for some guidance.
