Depends on what you want to do. We are NuVo dealers, and it's pretty easy to control basic fonctions from the keypads (power, source select, all-off). The problem with the QS is that the repeat rate for 3rd-party commands is too slow for volume control (the nuvo VOL+ command adds a single dB, and it takes a lot of dBs to make a change).
Some systems can simulate button press and releases on keypads (audio keypads). If you can define press and release commands on the lutron keypad to trigger volume keys presses and releases it should work.
