The program may need to be modified. Assuming you have the program, check in the software under "program timeclocks", under the away mode, there is an option (likely currently enabled) that will setback your HVAC zones when the Away mode is active.
I'm running the 10.6 and in the program timeclocks I only have Run events missed during power outtage, don't have any other option. what i'm missing
Click on Program and then on Thermostats , not on "Timeclock"
