Maestro dimmer not working, light stays on lowest level

This is from a newbie to LED lights and these kinds of dimmers. I moved into a new condo five weeks ago. It’s my first place with these types of dimmers and LED fixtures. Three days ago the lights in my ceiling fan stopped working and remained only on the dimmest setting. The bottom LED indicator on the dimmer switch occasionally blinks. Nothing happens with any attempts at manually adjusting the switch. Pulling out the FASS switch turns the lights off. I’ve tried reprogramming/re-setting, to no avail. I went to Home Depot and have switched out the light fixture part of the ceiling fan to no avail. Same issue.

The fan part of this fixture is on a separate switch and works separately and perfectly. The mystery is why this was fine for 5-6 weeks and now is messed up. Any help is appreciated.

Based on the information you have provided we would recommend calling our 24/7 technical support line at 1-844-588-7661 with an incandescent bulb in hand. The reason we need the incandescent bulb is for troubleshooting the dimmer.
