Maestro Fan Control and LED+

Installed Fan and LED+ switch and getting weird errors. The lights won't turn on unless the fan is off and the dimmer is turned up past the 4th indicator light. When we turn the lights off the switch clicks multiple times and the LED lights flash. It won't let me attach my video or pictures but it appears when it flashes, light 7 on light indicators and 3 on fan indicator illuminate quickly then back to the fan and light levels i have selected. Repeats every 2 seconds.
