Problem with FC8 T9 Bulbs in Exterior Ceiling Fans (Blinking)

Has anyone found an FC8 T9 bulb that works well with the Caseta Dimmer? Every one that I try just blinks, even when in off position. Please let me know if you've had any success.Thank you.
