Integration login not working

I have a radiora 2 system and have located the repeater on my network. I'm able to get to the login screen using telnet through PuTTY. However, the login lutron/integrator does not work and returns "bad login". When I try lutron/lutron, it works and I see the GNET> prompt. But with the lutron/lutron login no commands return a response. The thread below, pointed out that the lutron/lutron login appears not to have the right privileges. Try lutron/integration.

Was your system recently updated to the 12.4 software/firmware? The default login/pass was deleted for new security concerns by Lutron. You'll need to create new ones for the third party control systems like Control4, Elan, Savant, Crestron, RTI, URC.
