is the PowPak EcoSystem module RMJ-ECO32-DV-B available for HWQS?

Per title, one of my client wants to add a zone with LED strip that can serve as night light, so I plan to use L3D0-96W24V-U driver for 0.1% dimming.I know I can use a Lutron forward phase dimmer to drive it. But does this setup allow for 0.1% stable dimming?I know using EcoSystem is probably the most reliable in terms of 0.1% dimming quality, however as of version 15.8.1 HomeWorks QS designer it looks like the only options I have are either GRAFIK Eye Eco or the DIN Rail ECO module. Ideally the PowPak ECO will be the best fit for this use case. But is that supported by HWQS?thanks

No. There are 3 PowPak modules available for use with HQS - relay, cco, 10v. There is an EcoSys DIN module. You might be able to use one of the old GRX interfaces.
