QSX processor shows online but keypads don't do anything; Lutron app shows All Off/All Closed; Did a transfer remotely - everything works again; 21.5 - any ideas what might have caused that ? Can we reboot from the web interface ?

With the keypads what are the LEDs doing? Are they scrolling, if so that could signal we have wiring issue back to the processor. That could be why you are having some issues. Out of question does the app work to control the system as well? Hope this helps!
