I'm having an error issue with HVAC commands that I don't get. I have a funky system, 24 zone of heating with only 10 zones of cooling so some cooling zone incorporate multiple heating zones. This group in particular is one cooling zone with 6 heating zones and I'm using 6 remote Touch Pro TStats all set up for heating and cooling, local sensor and a SeeTemp in each heating zone so 6 of those. Now when in cooling I only really have what I call the main or master cooling TStat and with an AMX processor I sync all six to the same cooling setting and operating mode. So any of this groups SeeTemps should read what the master cooling TStat is set to and changing any of these SeeTemps will affect all even though only the master is connected to the cooling equipment.
So far while this is screwy the logic and design should work if not for an error I keep getting when updating some of these zones.
So my problem is in this sequence INT ID 177 & 181. I'm sending both on these TStats heating/cooling set points of 70/76 and I get the errors seen below. Note this isn't the real order of events, I organized them to make it more readable. So WTF is this invalid heating cooling minimum set point value crap? Is there a setting somewhere I may have set to give the these particular TStats different limits? They all update as expected except for these two returning the error so any insight would be appreciated. I've been meaning to call TS but I got no cell coverage, not even outside. TIA!

I decided to see if there was any new SW but all there was was the beta 14.4.0 but in reading its release notes I saw it addressed another issue I was having regarding H48 dimmers randomly failing to update anytime I did a file transfer. This was particular annoying too but of course I was looking at my wiring, termination, changed processor links etc but all to no avail. Since the release notes mentioned this type of issue I updated and of course the problem disappeared and happily the #HVAC errors disappeared too although there was no mention of this error at all in the release notes. Now everything is working perfectly and I only wasted about a day between all the BS testing, rewriting code, trying different commands, re-wiring, etc, etc, etc. Sadly this reminds me of my first HW project some 20+ years ago. On that job I could not activate my H48 dimmers, maybe some would, others wouldn't, random, made no sense and of course being my first system I tried everything, assuming it was my fault, bad serial connection, what ever, until I called TS and apparently I had received dimmers with a different spec opto isloator built in so I had to get newer H48 boards. That was two guys for a full day wasted but hey Lutron did give me a half dozen screw drivers. All I can say it this **** has gotten old! I can handle my own F ups but a company the size of Lutron still shows little QC before releasing products or software. If you have a basic RF only system SW rev 13.3.0 is probably ok but if you're doing anything out of the ordinary be careful. Any H48 boards/devices and T=Stats with 3rd party integration you should update to the beta before 13.3.0 bites you in the *** and costs you time and money!
