Can Pico Remote Control Non-Lutron Switch?

I have multiple caseta switches and pico remotes, and I am using the Wink Hub. I would like to program one of the pico remotes to also control a non-lutron z-wave switch. The Wink app is only allowing me to set it to control caseta products. It seems to me that, with the Wink Hub, the pico should be able to trigger any device. Is this possible?

As far a Lutron is concerned, the Pico remote can only communicate with Lutron devices. You would need to talk with Wink on the ability to make it control non-Lutron products.
