Help Wiring DVSTV and Kichler Dimmable LED Power Supply

I have a Kichler LED 6TD 24V Dimmable 96W Power Supply (6TD24V96BKT) which am trying to figure out how to wire to my Lutron DVSTV dimmer switch. I bought this switch based on the compatibility matrix found in the Kichler documentation. I have a standard 12/2 wire (black, white and ground) coming into my switch box and I ran another 12/2 wire to the power supply. At the power supply I have terminated the black wire to +, white to -, and ground to ground. The switch itself has 6 wires - black, green, gray, violet, red and red/white. Can anyone provide me with instructions on how to wire this dimmer?
