In my 11.5 tool box the Palladiom keypads available only are shown without faceplate? how do I add a HQWT-U-P2-W-WH ?
This has been fixed in 13.2. If you have a single-gang keypad you get the HQWT-U (base/plate together). If you have multi-gang keypads you get the base units and plates listed separately.
