When I send a command to flash an output via third party integration, my whole system flashes - not just the output I'm commanding. This is on firmware 6.2.0.
For the best assistance with this issue please ensure you have a connection to this system using the RadioRA2 software and then create support file. Send that support file to us at systemsupport@Lutron.com so that we can analyze this file to help determine the cause of this issue.
Craig - Phone support is telling me that the firmware in my devices are too old to support this feature. Is that really true? My system is just over a year old, and I think most of the parts were made to order in PA.
Have you sent your support file in to systemsupport@Lutron.com? They will be able to tell if the firmware of the devices supports this feature by looking at the support file.
