Hvac feature request

Ok. I know lutron is not a security company, but there are some real advantages of some other hvac product out there that if lutron could somehow implement to the touch pro, would really make it nice.

i have three different remote control hvac product we use, lutron being one of them. One thing that is very nice about the other two, is that I get a email notification when it goes off line, when it comes back on line, and I can set up alerts to email me if the temp gets too high or low. lutron looses out to these other products sometimes when the customer requests temperature reporting. Of course we would like to only sell lutron, but some customers need these features, so we are forced to look elsewhere for it.
