How to integrate Triathlon shades with Wink hub?

I have an owner that has an existing Wink hub and various controls (all up to date). We installed some Triathlon shades and a QS Wireless drapery track. Between the fabric and window size, Serena was not an option. There are existing Caseta dimmers in the house that Wink is communicating with. Wink won't talk to the Triathlon shades.

Lutron support says it is a Wink issue.

Wink support says Triathlon isn't on their approved list so they have no info on it. Wink also says that they can't communicate with anything connected to a Caseta Bridge.

Any thoughts on how I can get Wink to control the Triathlon shades?

Apologies for the delay in response.
The Wink hub supports only Serena shades. There is no option to get our other shades lines to talk to Wink.

Thanks Blair. I was aware of the Serena limitation. I was hoping someone had used something like ITFFF to bridge the gap. It does not appear that anyone has.

Alexa can bridge the gap via the voice command feature. I also did find this applet on IFTTT website. Although I am unsure what the full capabilities are. Might be worth taking a look at.

If your only using Wink hub for Lighting, consider replacing it with Lutron SmartBridge Pro that does support Triathlon.
