I have been asked to control 3rd party Hunter Douglas shades via their RQ-Bridge. I have not had to do any integration like this before and am not sure how to do it. I know it will be done through the QSE-CI-NWK-E but i am not certain how the code will have to be written. Any advice or direction would be much appreciated.

I have a little better understanding of how this will need to be done now. I have the recommended B&B ethernet to rs232 interface and have it configured as scenario 3 shows in the Lutron doc it doesn't appear to allow me to set it up as scenario 4 shows. Im not sure if that's critical or not but i think i will have to write custom commands. I am just a little unsure how these commands should be written. I have attached my B&B file and the ID's i was provided by the shade company. Please advise.Attachment 494

I am unsure based on the attachment. I recommend you contact the manufacturer to verify how the commands need to be structured/formatted.
