Extracting program homeqs ver 10.7

Hi,
I can't extract program made on 10.7 ver because on lutron site I can't find 10.7 version. I'm trying to use ver 11.0 but I have error [861]There was a problem creating a DBProvider with the following parameters: StoredProcedureNam

How can I extract program?

under legacy software there are links up to 10.6.0 I just copied the URL for 10.6.0 and pasted it into my browser address bar and modified it to point to 10.7.0 and was able to download the program.
