Lights turn on spontaneously

I am using the P-PKG1W-WH-R. Last night in the middle the night one of the lights controlled by the switch came spontaneously and woke us up. My wife got up and turn off the light. Short time later it came on again. This time since I was awake, I pulled out my phone and went into the Lutron app. The app shows the light is being off. We turn the light off at the switch. I turned it off and on again with the app. Any ideas? I have maybe 20 of these switches installed in my house. They are connected to a Samsung smart things hub.
