RadioRa2 12.7 will not start

We run RadioRa2 12.7 Inclusive on two identical Panasonic Toughbook CF-52 laptops at our company. 12.7 will not start on one of the Panasonics (we call it #2). It starts perfectly on the other one (we call it #3). On Toughbook #2, I have tried:- restarting the software- restarting the PC- removing and reinstalling the software, both full and "prerequisites from web"- running chkdsk from cmd- installing every available windows update- turning firewalls on and off (as I need to do to communicate with repeaters on some networks)Here's what happens:- Double click the 12.7 icon to start the application- The RadioRa2 Inclusive 12.7.0 popup appears- Minutes go by. Probably about 5 minutes.- This error pops up:[27042] A problem occurred when attempting to communicate with the database engine on this computer (while loading modelinfo data). Often, restarting the application will resolve this error. If this error continues, restart the computer.Neither of the suggested solutions do anything.12.7 starts up on all our desktops and Toughbook #3, just not this one. It's just this PC that has an issue. Anyone else have a similar experience?

Generally, that means there is an issue with SQL. Try running a windows update. You can try a separate SQL update. When you install the RA2 software it may prompt you to install/update Windows components. Make sure you allow it.

Thanks (again). Yep. SQL issue. Apparently, this happened when an older (completely unrelated to Lutron) application was installed from a different vendor just this last week.

Upgraded our Dell to Win11. Now can only run RA12.7. RA 12.8, 12.10 will not install. No issue with HW software or Designer 21.5. Lutron states software not tested for Win11. Beware
