Feature Request: Smart Bulb integration by locking switch/dimmer

So I have several clients who have already invested in smart bulbs or who really want RGB lighting in a room/rooms. At this time the only way to keep their wall switches functional is to use control4/savant lighting and set the loads to 'always on' then program the buttons to control the smart bulbs (savant has the best implementation of this solutions with their own smart bulbs) or if the client is using Hue specifically we can get the Lutron Aurora, but that only works with Hue.What i'd like to propose is expanding the Aurora idea by linking Caseta and other Hubs with published APIs so we can set Caseta switches to always on and to control load groups on companion/partner hubs or wifi devices.
