In the LED Selection tool nearly all the LED bulbs I've looked at (MR16 Lamps) have specs for HQRD-6NA but nothing for the newer 6CL dimmers. Should an LED lamp work as well or better with a 6CL dimmer as it dose with an 6NA? I hate assumptions...
Anyone have any 1st hand experience with an MR16 lamp that dims well with RPM-A modules AND 6CL dimmers?

Andy, thank you for your post. There are a few reasons why the 6CL does not appear on the report cards for MR16s. The majority of the MR16s that we have tested are low voltage and used with an electronic low voltage transformer. The 6CL is only designed to control line voltage or incandescent/halogen magnetic low voltage loads, so that dimmer is not compatible with an electronic low voltage transformer. The 6NA is phase adaptive and can work with an electronic low voltage transformer. Also, the 6CL is a fairly new dimmer and a lot of the line voltage MR-16s that we have tested, were tested before the 6CL existed.
