Cannot Extract File
I am having trouble extracting a file off the main repeater. I am on the same network as the main repeater and it shows up as online when I pull the program off of drop box. When i try to extract the file it immediately pulls up and error message that reads make sure all repeaters are connected properly. My co worker has no problem extracting the file off of his computer on the same networks. Could there be a setting on my computer that is not allowing me to extract the zipped file. I have an HP Envy with an i5 running windows 8.1 and my co worker has an older generation Dell. Any insite would be appreciated.

Using the computer that you are unable to extract the file with, are you able to transfer the file successfuly?

Yes everything else within the program works fine and i can transfer with no problem it just will never let me extract files off of repeaters.

Have you tried directly connecting to the either the main repeater or the local network instead of using a wireless connection?

Another good thing to try when directly connected is to use the same version of software as the main repeater's firmware. You can connect via telnet to the repeater (see post below) and send the command "firmwarerev". It will tell you the version being used.
