Can i control knx actuators using Palladiom Keypads and thermostats?

Hello there,
Can I control knx actuators using lutron palladium series switches?

I did some research DALI can be controlled. if controled with knx group adress maybe control shutter and lighting can be controlled.

Apparently you need a system to bridge HQS to KNX.
